  • Intermediate (Squirts/10U and Pee Wee/12U): 6:00 - 7:00 PM
  • Advanced (Bantam/15U and High School): 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Highlights
♦ Injury Prevention: technique, positioning and awareness
♦ Proper Angling: Stick Checks and Body Checks (for Advanced session) in all 3 zones
♦ Skill Work: Puck protection, maintaining puck control through contact, wall work.
